RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Here at Lubekwa Honey we are confident in the quality of our products & stand behind them. We have a 30 day return policy, if you are anything but completely & utterly delighted with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, you need to provide proof of purchase. Simply contact us at info@lubekwahoney.com & we will provide further details & return address.
The product/s must be returned to us in its original packaging, or a suitable protective alternative.
We will refund you within 7 working days after we have recieved your returned item(s).
We are aiming to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to assist with any issues & make sure you are pleased with the outcome.
Please obtain & keep your returns postage receipt as proof of postage, until you have recieved your refund. We will not be liable for any loss during transit should you fail to do this. We will refund you to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card.

We aim for all Lubekwa Honey orders to be delivered within 5 days of placing your order.
We offer two different delivery options:
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
First Class delivery: Next working day (if placed before 3pm, Monday - Friday)
You will receive an email from us confirming when we disptach your order.
