Lubekwa honey is raw, meaning it has not been heat-treated or pasteurised. This helps preserve its natural enzymes, nutrients, and health benefits. What is heat-treated honey? Heat-treated (or pasteurised) honey is heated to high temperatures to delay crystallisation and extend shelf life. However, this process can destroy many of the beneficial nutrients and natural enzymes. We don't use this method - so you get Lubekwa honey in its purest form.

Yes - crystallised is completely natural and actually a sign of high - quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until smooth.
