UK Shipping
We offer Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £3.99. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.
International shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services. Shipping rate are calculated at checkout based on your location & package weight. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but usually take 5-14 business days.
Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking is available on all standard and international orders.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the natural & consumable nature of our honey products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened or delivered. Each jar is carefully packaged & inspected to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
