Care Instructions:
Our honey is 100% raw, unprocessed & unsterilised - just as nature intended.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
No need to refrigerate.
Keep the lid tightly sealed to avoid moisture entering the jar.
Crystallisation:
Raw honey naturally crystallises over time- this is a sign of purity, not spoilage! If your honey becomes solid or grainy:
Place the jar in a bowl of warm water (around 40 celcius) for 15-20 minutes.
Stir gently until it returns to a smooth consistency.
Do not microwave or overheat, as this can destroy beneficial enzymes.
Shelf Life:
Honey is naturally long-lasting & doesn't truly expire. If stored properly, it can last for years while maintaining its quality & taste.
